SHIPPING / RETURNS POLICY -
Shipping Zones:
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Methods / Costs:
We offer the following shipping options:
  • Free Tracked Standard Delivery
    • £0.00 (on orders over £50)
  • Standard Tracked Delivery
    • £4.99 (3-5 business days, tracking number provided)
  • Express Tracked Delivery
    • £6.99 (1-2 business days, tracking number provided)
All shipping methods include tracking so you can monitor your order's progress. All goods are posted insured for your peace of mind.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time frames:
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these time frames, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel with the carrier.
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at info@buttermeup.London. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
1. Damaged or Faulty Goods:
All our goods are posted insured for your peace of mind. If your items arrive damaged:
• They will be replaced, and any reasonable return postage costs will be refunded upon providing proof of postage costs.
• You may be asked to provide information to assist us in reclaiming costs from the insurer.
We recommend you check the quality of your product immediately upon receipt.
2. Restocking Fees:
Please be advised that Butter Me Up reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. This fee covers the administrative time and costs associated with preparing custom orders and managing stock levels to fulfil those orders.
3. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused goods within 14 days for a refund.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Refunds for return postage are at our discretion and require proof of posting.
• We reserve the right to deduct the original postage costs from your final refund.
• Original receipt or order confirmation is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the natural and hygienic nature of our skincare range, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Returns for such items will only be considered if there is a confirmed problem with the item itself.
**Please note that products without preservative must be used within 4 months of opening.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

6. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
